IIS Metadata backup with additional SID information.

I have a server running Windows 2003 and IIS6. I created a backup of
the IIS Metadata using the IISBack.vbs script located in to
%system%\System32 directory. But now I want to back up all the SID
information on the server just in case the server dies and I need to
restore IIS to a different system.

Is there a way to save the SID information to a file and later be able
to import it into the new system?
