Hello,
Thanks for posting!
It appears to be a non-sever migration issue. I suggest you contact the
vendor of the interMail and hopefully they can provide assistance for the
issue. Thanks for your understanding!
Best Regards,
Jason Tan

| We are moving from server 2000 to server 2003 and trying to install our
| program (post.office renamed to interMail). The company that made it
doesn't
| appear to exist anymore and I cannot ask them about an upgrade. When
| installing the program, I get an error saying "The Registry does not have
| enough free space to accomodate the Post.Office Registry data. The
Registry
| has -22MB free space. Post.Office requires 2MB free space. Use the system
| control panel Performance tab to increase the Registry size (under the
| Virtual Memory settings), reboot, and re-run Setup."
|
| I understand that the error relates to there not being enough memory for
the
| registry. In 2000 this could be configured, but in 2003 it can't, its
managed
| automatically. What I think is happening, is that the install queries for
the
| configured
| size of the registry, located in a registry key or some place else in
2000,
| but as it can't find such a configuration setting in 2003, it gives the
error.
|
| This was apparently a problem with Post.Office and Windows 2000 and the
| setting just needs to be changed temporarily to install the software and
then
| it can be changed back. I've been googling and seraching through the KBs
for
| half a day now and cannot find a solution. There has to be a workaround
| solution to this and any and all help is appreciated.
