Hi,

First, I'd like to confirm if you have following the article I provided to
create the trust relationship.

If so, Let's do some test:

1.ping 2000 machine from 2003 by IP address.
2. ping 2003 machine from 2000 by IP address
3. ping 2000 machine from 2003 by FQDN.
4. ping 2003 machine from 2000 by IP FQDN
5. checked the DNS entries on both machines to see if Windows 2003 domain
records was stored in Windows 2000 Domain DNS and if Windows 2000 domain
records was stored in Windows 2003 Domain DNS
