You cannot change the Domain Mode (functional level) NOR the
Forest Functional Level on a single DC -- these are changed for the
ENTIRE DOMAIN or the ENTIRE FOREST, respectively.
Win2000 DCs are usuable in Mixed and Native modes (of the domain.)
Win2000 DCs are usuable in only the default or Win2000 Forest Functional
Level of the forest.
NT4 BDCs are usuable in Mixed or Interrim Domains, and in the
default/Win2000 or Interrim Forests.
