Cannot migrate computers from NT4 domain to Server 2003

I am trying to migrate a computer from NT4 to server2003 using ADMT3.0, i
keep getting the following message: ERR3:7075 Failed to change domain
affiliation, hr=8007054b The specified domain does not exist or could not be
contacted.
