win NT4.0 to win 2000, 2003 migration

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello,

I have an existing NT4.0 domain (Domain A) with a PDC and 6 BDCs which run
services like Citrix, SAP, Printing, etc. I have an another existing W2K,
Win 2003 Domain (Domain B) which has an implemented Active Directory Forest,
running DNS, DHCP etc.

I want to migrate all the Servers in Domain A, as 2003 member servers into
Domain B. This means I need to bring across user accounts, groups, and
resources. I can run Domain A, in parallel for a short while however I want
to get ride of it as soon as possible. Some of the BDCs from Domain A I can
build from scratch, however 3 of the Servers I can't rebuild, so I have to
migrate them somehow... I am thinking of using ADMT, to import relevant
accounts into Domain B, and if possible, upgrading the PDC and BDCs to 2003,
and then joining them to Domain B, as member Servers.

I don't know if this is possible, or what impact this will have on the
services running on these Servers in Domain A like the Citrix Server and
Print Server.

Any suggestions?
