Re: ADMT "under the hood" documentation?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I posted this question in this PUBLIC newsgroup because:

(a) I was hoping ANYONE, perhaps a colleague or peer, and not necessarily a
Microsoft engineer, might know if the documentation I'm looking for exists.
The public groups are much larger forums so my chances of this could be
greater.

(b) The thread that Joe has been working on has been going on for 6 days.
There has been no resolution, and there also has been no advice given which
really addresses my current SPECIFIC problem.

It's been 1 week and I really need to fix the XP machine so that it is
stable and fully functional for all users, not just administrator-level
users. Frankly I'm just about to give up on getting the advice from MS that
I was hoping for. That is why I have shifted my focus to getting help
finding ADMT "under the hood" documentation. If I find that, then I can try
to figure out the fix myself.

This is why I made this NEW post in this public newsgroup. There is no
similar thread in the private newsgroup.

I think this post is entirely legitimate. Bottom line: I'm looking to see
if a certain technical documentation exists and maybe there is someone in
this newsgroup who knows the answer.
