Move PDC & BDC to windows 2003 domain

I have two domains. One NT 4.0, with PDC & BDC & one Windows 2003. What
is the right process I have to go through in order to join the 2
servers to the windows 2003 domain, and kill the NT 4.0 domain?
Please state a good documents for this specific situation.
