Re: FSmigrate crashes, disables admin acct... reliable?

I checked CA's KB and found nothing. I've contacted CA but so far have not
heard back. Anyway, their tech support is usually not as good as MS's so
I'm not optimistic that they will know the answer.
Do you think there is any way we could find out what the other customer did?
Do you have any way to contact (email?) that customer to ask them what they
changed about eTrust to fix the problem?
