Hi,
That is mean, if you installed Exchange 2003 on a member server, please
don't promote it. If you installed Exchange 2003 on a DC, please don't
demote it. Now for your situation, I suggest you follow Roger's suggestion
to fix. Or you may post your issue in Exchange newsgroup which is more
approperiate.
