Re: NT logon to Windows 2003 domain

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

I think it is really a boring issue and I need more information to perform
research.

Install Network Monitor:
=======================
1. To obtain a time-bombed version of Network Monitor, visit the following
Microsoft Web site:
ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/PSS/Tools/NetMon/NETMON2.ZIP

2. Download the netmon2.zip file. The password for that zip is "trace" (no
quotation marks).

3. Run the qfesetup.exe file to install Network Monitor on HSMain.

Then, run netmon on DC side.

First, on a problematic Windows NT ,try to logon and trace data on DC side.

Second, depart the Windows NT from the domain and re-join.

Third, on the PC try to logon and trace data on DC side.

Fourth, send me the 2 trace data via x-xuwen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Please specify
your post ID:29909553 in your mail subject.

Thanks

Best regards,

Vincent Xu
