RE: Migrate User Problem

Hi Dave,

My understanding of your issue is you have a lot of local user accounts and
you want to transfer them to be domain user accounts. Unfortunately, there
is no directly way to do so. But I'd like to provide you a tool called
csvde which can import multiple user account into AD in one time.

For more detailed information, please refer to following article:

| Before migrating users from Netware their workstations were setup as in a
| Workgroup, not a MS domain. As I need to move them to the new Server2003
AD
| domain I need to be able to convert the user's profile on their
workstation
| from a local profile to a domain profile. Otherwise I have to reinstall
| Outlook and all printers and lose all kinds of user info.
|
| How do you update or migrate a local user profile to be a domain profile?
| This is critically important.
