Migrate an existing domain in a new forest

Hi everybody,

My question is : I would like to move a domain in my forest. Forest A is an
existing forest and Domain B too but not in my Forest A. But now because we
are going to deploy exchange2003 at large in the compagny I need to join all
domain ( 3 ) in my forest. I would like to know the easer way to do that.

I will appreciat any help.
