Migrate User Problem

Before migrating users from Netware their workstations were setup as in a
Workgroup, not a MS domain. As I need to move them to the new Server2003 AD
domain I need to be able to convert the user's profile on their workstation
from a local profile to a domain profile. Otherwise I have to reinstall
Outlook and all printers and lose all kinds of user info.

How do you update or migrate a local user profile to be a domain profile?
This is critically important.
