| Thanks for the help. So if i have understood correct, here are the steps

| Currently Windows 2003 Terminal Server is member of Windows NT domain.
| Change the domain to workgroup.
| Reboot the Server
| Add the server to Windows 2003 domain.

| The IP address will remain same.
| Please confirm if my understanding is correct.
