Re: 3 domains, Exchange, Mixed Mode

Hello,

Thanks for reply!

Raise the function level does not effect the trust relationship between
the seperate domains. However,
Windows 2000 native only Supported domain controllers: Windows 2000,
Windows Server 2003. That is to say, this mode does not support Windows NT
which is currently in your Windows 2000 mix mode.

| Sorry for the confusion....This was a two part question... I will copy
| the Windows Part...please re-read my original question to get the
| context...thanks!
|
| The question has to with a W2K3 Domain and trusts and connectivity with
| two other NT4 domains in our organization...2 other seperate offices on
| NT4 Domains...
|
|
| Am I correct in assuming that they will still function normally when I
| set the W2k3 domain to native mode?, since they are seperate domains
| with 2 way trusts?
|
| (I want to set the W2K3 domain to native mode to prepare for the
| exchange 5.5 DLs to Xfer to Exchange 2000 Universal Groups.)
