W2k3 to W2k3 ADMT account matching

I have created some accounts in the target domain based on some user accounts
from a source domain. How can I merge the the two accounts. The major issues
with this is the target domain uses first intial last name for accounts and
the source uses first name. Example; jhenderson (Target) and joseph (Source)
