Migrating NT PDC to AD Domain

We have already migrated our user, group and workstations over to our 2003
active directory. However now I'm at a bit of a loss how to handle the next
steps. I'm hoping someone could help me out here.

We are now trying to migrate our servers. The PDC of our NT domain is also
the Exchange server. The file server is our BDC. All the documentation I can
find seems to cover an in-place migration, which isn't applicable to what we
are doing.

How am I going to be able to migrate the Exchange and file servers to the
new AD domain? Any pointers or documentation that covers this situation
would help.

Thanks
Brian
