1. Both dom1 and dom2 will be the child domain for maxis.com.my so whath is
the best migration path for this kind of setup? Any guide avalaible

2. Is it possible to move all my users and nt/2000 server and nt/xp
workstation to our new childs domain. I still will want my nt server be
avalaible in both child domain. Is there any guide available?

Yes, you can also use ADMT migrate the users and computers account to the
new child domain. However, the NT PDC cannot be available in this scenario.

| We have a two domain (dom1 and dom2) network with one NT40 server (PDC)
and
| (BDC) at each site plut nt and 2000 standalone server. Both domain are
| configured
| to trust each other.The reason for two domain is because of two different
| companys
| in one group. Our registed domain name with isp is maxis.com.my for
example.
