Bipin,
You might take a look at my website www.SBSmigration.com for a description
of how you can do this with a complete project guide for the process, and
support.
What you have described is a project that appears to work with the same
hardware, not adding new hardware. That makes your process less transparent
than the baseline process described on my website, but I would be happy to
discuss this with you further either here or offline.
