Thanks for telling me your situation. I understand that the new hardware
doesn't support NT.

Here is an article which addresses that we can use a transition machine to
deal with such situation. You can take a look. Pay attention to the snippet

Even if you have to use ADMT to migrate from NT to win2k3 domain at last,
please don't be worried. There are many posts here in the newsgroup on the
