Expectations in UPgrade from NT4 to Win2K/2003 Srv

Thank you for any help...
Currently 'mixed' network (NT4 all SP6a and Win2K Servers). PDC is (as is BDC) NT4 - low income, non-profit, 50 or 60 users, cannot now buy new Server to use as NT4 to Win2K/2003 server.
Plan:
Already moved DNS off, DHCP off, PDC... it basically handles login scripts and print server functions. IT IS not compatible (as sits) with 2003 or 2000 (old MegaRaid controller).
Installing Win2K/2003/NT compat. SCSI card, (1) U160 72GB SCSI drive. Using "Server Magic" to copy current RAID5 "C:" drive (clone basically) to 'recognized 4GB drive' off new SCSI card.
Unplugging 'old' RAID5 controller, booting from NEW C drive, now Win2K or 2003 Srv compatible. Running (still) NT4SP6a.
Perform PDC upgrade to Win2003Srv... no, none, applications on PDC (BDC is copied, backed up and down - but I still have the original PDC SCSI
drives sitting idle in the box and disconnected) ...
Questions... want this to be very simple DC with DDNS.
Can I expect the 'login scripts' , 'print server' info to come over in
a Win2003Srv upgrade "if" all NT4 function is normal after the Server Magic clone? (realize that is SM fails, I am back to square one, but...)
DDNS naming "nomanclature" - our NT domain is XYZNET... okay to name DNS XYZNET.org or similar?
These are two NetFrame 3100s with dual 400s and 1 GB ram (nice in their day but "should" be okay for DDNS and a DC - will point the records to a large D drive "if" this all works)
Thanks for any suggestions and help.
