Migrating from Netware

What will be the proper migration path for the following scenario:

AD is already steup and running on Windows 2003
Users have accounts with the same name and password in both Novell and AD
Need to migrate home files and profiles from Novell to AD
Need to migrate printers from Novell to AD

Please note users and machines already exist in AD.
