Upgrradin to 2003 b4 migrating

Before I migrate user files from the NW6 servers to the Win servers I wanted
to successfully upgrade my 2 WIN2000 servers to WIN2003. Preupgrade tasks
were all succesful so today I kickedoff the upgrade to the PDC that is also
the DNS server and now the print server. I had moved both functions from
Netware.
An hour into the process I got a dialog box asking for the "HP Network
Teaming Disk" because Windows needs a "cpqteam.dll" file. I ran out the
building screaming in frustration. What is THIS cpqteam.dll and where does
one get it. No logon, no DNS, no Internet, no printing, won't the users be
happy in the AM.
Any ideas?
