NT 4 trust to WIndows 2003
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
Hi,
Trying to set up a trust between new Windows 2003 domain and NT 4 domain.
Windows 2003 talks to NT ok, but NT keeps returning "Could not find Domain
Controller for this Domain" when I try and create the trust.
NT Box can ping Win 3k box ok and resolve the server name to IP okay.
Help - Do i need to add the info to the LM hosts on the NT box? If so could
you give me an example. (Say my Win 3k server is called London and the new
domain ABCD.net (NetBIOS name ABCD)
Thanks!!
