Thanks for update!

At this moment, it could be caused by multiple factors, as an alternative
solution, I suggest you attempt to use Robocopy to copy shared files data
with security information. This is a good tool in Windows Server 2003
Resource Kit Tools. The detailed information is as the following:

For NTFS permissions, we can use the Windows 2003 Resource Kit tool
robocopy.exe with the "/SEC" switch to copy the folders with their NTFS
permissions.
