1. Please verify the replication between two DCs. Can you see the migrated
user account in the Headquarter?

With the Active Directory Replication Monitor tool (Replmon.exe), you can
view Active Directory replication, synchronization, and topology.

2. Please verify the trust relationship is established successfully. (On
the two DCs)
3. We recommend that make the Windows 2000 additional DC also as a GC.
