NDS 6 to Win2K3 File Migration

Hi there,

We would like to migrate from an NDS file sharing environment to Windows
2003. The W2K3 user accounts exist but not the AD security groups. The AD
accounts were there to authenticate MS mailboxes. So, with the AD accounts
already in existence, how can we duplicate the security groups (lower
priority) and migrate the NDS data structure to Windows and map the
equivalent file permissions in AD? I have been reading some information on
ADMT and FMU but what would be the best for mapping the permissions correctly
on the Windows side?

Thanks in advance for any info.
