Migrating Windows 2000 domain to Windows 2003

Hi..we are planning on migrating our domain to Windows 2003 from windows
2000. Here is brief description of our environment..

WIndows 2000 domain (native mode) with 4 domain controllers. One as Master
(all roles) others one at each location. We have exch. 2003 on win 2000 box.

We have plans start (master dc first, DC's at remote sites next, one at a
time) migrating our domain to 2003 in one month.

I have just started doing my homework on this.

Based on your experience and our environment, can any one suggest few
'good/informative' articles that might give me mroe insight into the process
as well as tell me 'how to's'. 'do's' and 'do not's'.

Thanks
K.V
