I am in the same boat and looking at setting up a similar deal. I found
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sfn/default.mspx which Is a
Services for Netware that will allow you to run both in conjunction and
migrate with ease. I have heard of some organizations doing this with
success, and am currently reviewing it for my same scenario (250-300 users
in 20 locations)
