Thanks for posting!

To make things more clear, please let me know what your plan is and the
exact network. Do you need to migrate users and password from a domain to
another one? Does the Windows 2003 standalone server is a Domain
Controller?

If you want to migrate users and password from a domain to another one, I
strongly recommend that you use this tool to migrate the user profiles in
this case, because it can move all the local user profiles on a computer,
as long as it finds that the users have been migrated before. So it should
be the most efficient method to move a large number of user profiles on a
certain client computer.

Note: To be familiar with the migration processing, we highly recommend you
