Yes, we kind of understood that, but the issues are still pretty much
the same.

Cool, although I'm impressed you can be so certain everything on the
laptops is regimented in such a perfect way.

Well my background is like the oil-rig troubleshooter. I'm the one they
call when everything else has failed, and (if it was me) I'd definitely
go with this option. There'd be no messing around, they'd back up,
they'd hand in the laptop, all the files would be pulled, the migration
would happen, then they'd get their laptops back. Simple.

That's not to say there's anything wrong with the other options. It
might be fine, it's just not something I'd risk.
