OK the finalize part seems to be the issue. I have done some testing and
that does seem to make the difference.

I have a new problem though. I used Hyena to move the local groups from the
old server to the new server. When FSMT moves the NTFS over it does not
match up with local groups anymore. In previous server lease replacements we
used an Aelita tool that did all of the local group copying, data migration
and printer migration from the old to the new server. I was hoping to go the
free route this time around. Is this a SID issue?
