My current model is NT 4 domain with Exchange 5.5 running on PDC. We have
about 150 users on our network all with 2000 or XP. I have purchased 2 new
servers for the AD structure.

I read the suggestion by Jason of adding the new DC (call it 03) as a NT 4
box and promote it to PDC, then upgrade it to AD. However, the next step is
to turn off the old PDC, which still contains my exchange server. I have
plans to upgrade Exchange to 2003, however I want to do it later.

What is the best way to move to AD when there is an exchange server that
still needs to be active?

Thanks for the help.
