Hello dave Admin,

According to your message, I suggest that you read more about sites and
subnets. Then you can create sites and subnets.

I assume you have win2k domain. I have found the following articles for
you. Hope this helps.

Please pay extra attention to the snippet "Configuring a site".

In addition, when you physically move the domain controller Svr2 to Bldg3,
