Hello,

Good to hear from you. According to your scenario, you can restore the data
to the new server. However some data, such as the system state, will be
lost.

If you want to have all the data intact, you have to install NT on other
box and restore the data. Or you can simply risk restoring data to the
win2k server to see how many data will be lost. Generally speaking, the
files will remain.
