Good to know that FSMT can help.

As for moving the data from NT4 to win2k, I suggest using Robocopy or Xcopy
to copy the data with NTFS permissions.

The following articles are for your reference.

For NTFS permissions, we can use the Windows 2000 Resource Kit tool
robocopy.exe with the "/SEC" switch to copy the folders with their NTFS
permissions.
