I think what is revealled in your more extended comments is that you are
actually running both Novell and NT authentication services? If that's the
case, this is really a lot more of complication than an ideal solution. My
original impression was that you were attempting to exit the Novell on the
way to Windows 2003. Given the description you provide now, I think you
cannot do the methodology described at my website because of the interfacing
with Novell.
At some point I would recommend you give some consideration to simplifying
this concept. :)
