Rebecca,

Sorry i'm confusing you.

Lets clear up some lines:

A.
I migrated user account as well as computeraccount to new domain.
When i logon to new domain, profile is the old domain one, that;s oke.
Client has dropdownbox for logon to the two domains.
I remove trust between domains, restart client, and only old domain is
displayed, dropdown box is gone.
In Computer properties, Identification, the old domainname is displayed,
which i think must be changed to the new domain. Is this something the ADMT
can do for me?

B.
1 NT4 PDC
1 NT4 Lotus Notes BDC
1 NT4 Citrix
1 Solaris
1 NT4 PDC (from older domain)

New server 2k3 Enterprise becomes DC for new domain.
User data en profiles from both old PDC's are migrated. (Second PDC has only
data)
After migration, both PDC are unplugged, so leaves me with:

1 2k3 PDC
1 NT4 Lotus Notes BDC (DC old domain)
1 NT4 Citrix (member old domain)
1 Solaris (member old domain)

Later 2005:
Notes server -> 2k3 server Exchange 2k3 server
Citrix -> 2k3 server Citrix

Until then i'm planning two use a two-way trust between the domain to access
resources.
That's why i asked if i should promote the BDC to PDC, because it's the only
DC from old domain. we want to keep them until upgraded.

C.
After migration i have security groups like newdomain\sales, in my old
domain the security on shares is olddomain\sales.
The new Sales group can't access resources in the old domain i presume.
what is the easiest way to synchronise these settings?
(In my test envirement i cant test FSMT because i only have 2k3 standard.)

Thanks in advance
