Hi David,

Thanks for your posting.

You need to install a Windows 2003 server and build it as a Windows 2003 AD
domain. Then install ADMT to perform the user account migration first. Then
migrate SQL/File server to the new domain.

It is suggested to enable SIDHistory during the migration so the clients in
the new domain and the old domain can access the production servers during
the migration period.
