Thanks for your reply: Clarification- What I meant by unplugging is I will
not be utilizing the old boxes w/ NT 4.0 on them at all. I am getting rid of
them completely.
But when I am gathering the info. from 4.0 via the ADMT tool I have the new
2003 server on a different domain w/ trusts built.
I am not doing an "upgrade" but rather a clean install of 2003 on a new box,
using ADMT to bring over users, groups etc. My problem lies when I want to
go "live" on my new 2003. I was hoping for an easy domain rename option, I
will read the link regarding that and hope it will work.
I did not choose to install NT 4.0 on the new server because of all the
incompatibility issues w/ drivers and hardware issues etc. I thought it
would be easier for a clean install and move info. Open for your
advice.....thanks for your help.
