HI Kevin,

It is hard to say which is the easiest way to do the migration.

In my opinion, I believe you can upgrade NT to win2k3 first and then use
MSDSS to migrate files from Novell. The reason is that the upgrade process
is not complicated and easy to go; on other side, MSDSS is complicated than
upgrade process and use MSDSS on win2k3 seems smoother.

You can, of course, install win2k3 on a new box and use ADMT to perform the
migration process and then use MSDSS to migrate from Novell to win2k3.
