Hello,
This behavior may occur if the client computers in the original domain have
incorrect DNS settings in the TCP/IP settings. Please double check to make
sure that the client computers in Windows NT domain use the Windows 2003
domain DNS server as the preferred DNS server and can resolve the Windows
2003 domain FQDN name. (Note: if you use DHCP to assign the IP address and
DNS server settings, please change it in DHCP server and renew the IP
address on the clients.)
Any update, let us get in touch!
Best regards,
Rebecca Chen
