When I am following these steps, will I need to run ADMT at some point
in the process to bring users and permissions into active directory?
When I migrate exchange 5.5 mailboxes into exchange 2003 will it
associate the users in active directory with their correct mailboxes?

We need to make sure all file & folder permissions remain in place and
that user's mailboxes are kept intact.

Thanks,

Dave
