Hey Bob, Thanks for replying again:

Are you sure there are no known problems with
establishing two domains in one forest using 2003
server? We have setup windows 2003 server on Compaq DL-
360's. HP DL-360's, and an assortment of workstation
computers. We get different errors each time.

Ultimatley, the only thing we are doing outside of the
norms: installing dns as a secondary on the opposite
machines. Aside from that we are actually using
the "Manage Your Server Option" and selecting the new
domain in an existing forest option.

The comapny we are planning this migration with have only
1 pre 2003 server and it doesnt have and master roles.

Bob, once again thanks for replying, we are also looking
into .local options and just leaving each domain
seperated. I'll keep you posted. =)
