    Hi Stephen,

Based on your scenario, you have to manually change the password of service
account on some clients migrated from another domain.

Or you can choose "same as user name" in Password Options when you migrate
those user account who run the services on clients in User Account
Migration Wizard. So the passwords are same for the services in the target
    domain.

    Wish it helps.

Sorry, I found this action could not meet my needs of
          the case, my case is:

          I have 2 domains(called A and B doamin),
both of adminstrator user account have
controlled serval services in member services before.
          They are difference password.

I need to migrate both of them to new AD.
1 migrate B domain administrator account and services
according to the steps from ADMT. Then I also need
migrate A domain administrator account. Then due to I
need to change the service, I must need to select replace
to migarte the account again. After this migration,
the password is not the original B domain one, the
serivces could not start automatically because ADMT
could not change the password from the services after
          password changed.

I want to know how to handle this case
