Hi AL,

Are you going to join the new win2k3 with the NT domain or do you want to
create a new domain and take win2k3 as the DC, and migrate the users from
NT to win2k3?

If you want to migrate users from NT domain to win2k3, I suggest you use
ADMT to migrate the users and computers.

For more details about ADMT, please refer to the following article:

passwords from a Windows NT 4.0 domain to a Windows Server 2003 domain

If you want to migrate DHCP server from NT to win2k3, please refer to the
following link to export the DHCP database from an existing Windows NT
4.0-based server :

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Have a nice day!
