ADMT - SID History update error

Has anyone experienced error like this?

updated for tanakae. The tool could not locate a domain
controller for the source domain.

updated due to a configuration or permissions problem.
The Active Directory Migration Tool will not attempt to
migrate the remaining objects.
2004-08-24 14:36:23 Operation Aborted.
2004-08-24 14:36:23 Operation completed.

This msg is the same for all accounts and groups. Another
nt domain didn't have any problem. Only my domain has the
problem. All the environment is the same besides dns and
wins server existance.

MS says to set dns entry in target server, but the other
successful domain didn't do anything like it.

Very appreciated if you have any idea.
