Please see my previous post from yesterday for details on
my setup. I'm using the ADMTv2 tool to migrate an XP
client from a SBS2000 server onto a new SBS2003 server.
When I use the computer migration wizard, it finished the
first part but then it the dispatch agent fails
with "Access is denied."
When I viewed the dispatch log, it said:
ERR2:7037 You do not have administrator privileges on
\\sears-xp.advsrvr.adv.local. The agent will not be
installed.
ERR2:7005 Failed to launch agent on \\sears-
xp.advsrvr.adv.local, hr=80070005 Access is denied.
All agents are installed. The dispatcher is finished.
I can see this XP listed in my SBS2003 Server Management
console, but when I open Network Places, this XP is not
under the new 2003 domain. And when I try to navigate to
this XP from Network Places, it does not allow me to
access it with the administrator password because it is
trying to use the 2003 domain administrator account
instead of the 2000 domain administrator account.
How can I fix this?
