Hi Ken,

Please check if the domain controller you are upgrading is infrastructure
master, and make sure that your account is a member of the Domain Admins
security group in the domain.

I would like to recommend that you run the following command again:
                
"<x>:\i386\adprep /forestprep" (without the quotation marks) where <x> is
the drive that hosts the installation media.
